Mount Kalaga is Leonida’s national park: forests, canyons and open backcountry that give the map its rugged, natural high ground, far from the city and the coast.
It’s set up as outdoor-adventure territory, with room for hunting, fishing, off-road trails and kayaking, and wildlife like deer, cougars and foxes roaming the woods. Fans have pointed to spots like Georgia’s Providence Canyon and northern Florida as the likely inspiration for its scenery.
Mount Kalaga was named as part of the Leonida map in GTA 6 Trailer 2 in May 2025. Specifics are still scarce, and this entry will be updated as Rockstar reveals more ahead of the November 19, 2026 launch.
