Story
Brian Heder is a veteran drug runner, a throwback to the golden age of smuggling in the Leonida Keys.
He still moves product through his boat yard with his wife, Lori, but he’s been in the game long enough to let other people take the real risks. These days Brian plays the easygoing beach local while quietly running things from the background.
His connection to the story runs through Jason Duval, who lives rent-free at one of Brian’s properties in exchange for handling local shakedowns, and the occasional stop-in for Lori’s hospitality. That arrangement keeps Jason tethered to Brian’s world even as bigger opportunities start calling.
Brian was introduced in GTA 6 Trailer 2 in May 2025. How deep his operation ties into the main plot is still unclear ahead of the November 19, 2026 launch.
